Important: Verification Is Mandatory

You have two options:
- In person: Visit your nearest SASSA office with your ID, a recent proof of residence (within 3 months), and a bank statement. Offices are open longer from August 5 to 15, including some late evenings and Saturdays.
- Online: Use the SASSA mobile app to upload your documents digitally. Doing this late at night (10 p.m. to 6 a.m.) can speed up processing.
